Domestic
All orders are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS), first class shipping, unless you specified other shipping.
Allow 4-6 days for delivery for Domestic Packages. Up to 21 days for delivery for International Packages.

Provide a Safe Address - it is VERY important you provide a safe address to receive your package. If you require Signature on Delivery at no extra cost upon request. Include this request in the "notes section" of your order.
All "in stock" garments will ship within 3-4 business days of your order.

International:
Customs fees may apply in some countries and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost & Stolen Package Policy:
Lost Packages: Are not the responsibility of cukieuphumy anime clothing if it shows as "delivered".

A Lost Package is a package that DOES NOT show as "Delivered" via the United States Postal Service electronic tracking system will be a responsibility by cukieuphumy anime clothing. 

Stolen Packages: Are the responsibility of the customer.
A Stolen Package is a package that was successfully delivered to the Customer to the address given at the time of order. Once the delivery is confirmed by the United States Postal Service electronic tracking system, the goods become the responsibility of the Customer. cukieuphumy Anime Clothing is unable to refund or exchange a stolen item.
